This is a minor version update, but it’s actually just putting a missing feature back in: The pen width test function is back. Pretty dull huh!

  • The code is here: https://github.com/euphy/polargraph_server_polarshield_esp32
  • Figure out how to do the update here: http://www.polargraph.co.uk/2018/10/how-to-upload-new-firmware-to-the-polargraphsd-v30/

And while you’re here, have a quick look at this post from Blackheart Press, producing an edition of penwork with his Polargraph machine:

I know that @printmakersopenforum loves the #polargraph so naturally my contribution to her #sanctuaryportfolio had to include a part that was drawn by @sndynbl adorable little robot I love so much. Amazingly enough having the robot draw an edition of 35+ means that there's quite a bit of minute differences in the details. (Mostly because I set it to draw 4 drawings on a full sheet). With the help of an acetate I transferred corner marks to all drawings, next step is tearing them to size, then onwards to the next techniques/layers. #pmofportfolio2019 #pmofsanctuary2019 #printmakersopenforum #paradiselost #decklededge #printmaking
