Hi, i'm writing a custom controller app for the polargraph called Melt http://github.com/gonzam88/melt-app
I was wondering if there's a way to send circle/arc command to the polargraph, instead of rasterizing circles into small lines. This would result in sharper and faster drawings.
Thanks

The plotting action of the machine is straight line, point-to-point only. Because of the powerful line segmenting that Geomerative does (in importing SVGs in Processing), I've never needed anything more... But I would love to have arcs I think.

What would the command look like?

above all, i think it would be very pleasent to see the motors doing sine and cosines to draw circles. A circle would be commanded with x,y,radius (Could also be left motor distance, right motor distance, radius distance.)

As for arcs, I would go the processing / p5 way:
x position, y position, width, height, start degrees, end degrees. Though p5/proc use radians, it might easier to send commands in degrees
